This Refund Policy explains how refunds, replacements, and support are handled for digital products, ebooks, and related purchases made through https://vinewallet.ca. Because VineWallet offers instant-access digital products, refund eligibility differs from the return of physical goods.
1. Digital Products
VineWallet primarily sells digital products, including ebooks, downloadable guides, templates, worksheets, journals, and other instantly delivered materials. Due to the nature of digital products, they generally cannot be “returned” once they have been downloaded, accessed, emailed, or otherwise delivered.
2. General Refund Rule
All digital product sales are final unless one of the specific situations listed in this policy applies. By purchasing a digital product from VineWallet, you acknowledge that access or delivery may occur immediately after purchase and that this limits refund eligibility.
3. When a Refund May Be Considered
A refund request may be considered in the following situations:
- You were charged more than once for the same product in error.
- You did not receive the product due to a verified technical delivery failure on VineWallet’s side.
- The file provided is corrupted, inaccessible, or materially defective, and VineWallet is unable to provide a working replacement within a reasonable time.
- A refund is otherwise required by applicable law.
4. When a Refund Will Not Normally Be Issued
Refunds will not normally be issued in the following situations:
- You changed your mind after purchase.
- You no longer want the product.
- You expected a feature, format, or outcome that was not stated on the product page.
- You failed to read the product description before buying.
- You are unable to use the product due to your own device, software, account, internet, or compatibility limitations.
- You have already downloaded, opened, used, copied, or shared the files, unless the product is defective and cannot be replaced.
5. Replacements Before Refunds
If a digital file is defective, inaccessible, or corrupted, VineWallet may first attempt to resolve the issue by re-sending the file, restoring access, or providing a replacement copy. Where the issue can be reasonably fixed, replacement may be offered before any refund is approved.
6. Refund Request Window
If you believe you qualify for a refund under this policy, you must contact VineWallet within 7 days of purchase unless a different period is required by law. Refund requests submitted after that period may be declined.
7. How to Request a Refund

- your order number or proof of purchase,

- and a brief explanation of the issue.
Incomplete requests or requests without sufficient proof of purchase may be delayed or denied.
8. If a Refund Is Approved
If a refund is approved:
- the refund will be issued to the original payment method where possible,
- access to the digital product may be revoked,
- and you must permanently delete any downloaded copies in your possession and stop using the product.
Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
9. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you experience a problem with your purchase, please contact VineWallet first before initiating a chargeback. VineWallet reserves the right to respond to chargebacks or payment disputes with relevant order records, delivery confirmations, access logs, and related documentation where available.
10. Physical Products
If any physical product is offered through a third-party platform such as Amazon, returns, exchanges, shipping, and refunds for that physical product may be governed by the policies of that platform rather than this digital-product refund policy.

VineWallet may revise this Refund Policy at any time by posting an updated version on this page. The version in effect at the time of purchase will generally apply unless otherwise required by law.
